  Outstanding! The facilities and level of care were fantastic. All staff were very attentive, friendly, caring and professional. Not sure why some other reviews are criticising the food. I am coeliac and am used to being offered second rate GF meals, even in some cafes/restaurants. But the food at John Flynn was great! Very nice roast chicken and veges for lunch today. I hope I never need hospitalising again, but if I do John Flynn will be my pick. Thank you to all the team!

  I've just spent 3 days in John Flynn. Haven't been into Hospital since I had children (50 years) and was pretty apprehensive about it. I had the best experience...the staff were caring friendly and professional . The food was good would have been excellent had I been able to have salt...my problem not the staffs'. The lady taking food orders was most helpful to suggesting what might have been good without salt to the cleaners keeping my room clean and lovely. The best staff the best facilities and a great Doctor (Mohamed Khafaji).

  Overcharged at 250% of the expected costs. Avoid this hospital, won't even supply panadol because they are so for profit. Also prepare to pay an additional $500 uncovered excess at least. BS

  I recently had 2 day (eye) surgery operations at John Flynn Private Hospital, and can't fault the service. This is the first time I have used this hospital. On both occasions the admission area went smoothly. Communication is clear, and I like the idea of the little buzzer that lets you know you're ready to go into the pre-op area. All of the nurses were really friendly, and so were the orderlies. Post op recovery area was also really well run, with the ladies only too happy to help and make you comfortable. I would highly recommend this hospital to everyone.

  Emergency department worst ever, rude uncaring staff. Better off going to tweed public hospital
